Cable: Argosy Image 360 LSOH HD digital Video Cable
Equivalent specification: Belden 1855ENH, Bryant Precision SDI Video Cables (Small) or DRAKA HD-Pro 0.6/2.8 AF HDTV
Made by Draka Cable in the North East of the UK.
This cable is made for permanent installation in racks, rooms, conduits, trays and voids.
For use on location I would strongly recomend a flexible cable.

With the higher requirements of Serial Digital Video, HDTV, 3G etc., we now offer "true" 75 Ohm BNC connectors, 3G-SDI compatible BNC connectors. To achieve a nominal impedence of 75 Ohm, these connectors are designed with a reduced dielectric around the pin.
Designed and Engineered in the UK but made in the Far East.
Complete with a matching or contrasting rubber boot cable strain relief.
I sell this cable with Neutrik Rear Twist BNC plugs in a range of similar lengths but with a choice of 10 different colour plug caps.

These coaxial cables are suitable for the transmission of serial digital video signals and are equivalent to Belden 1855 and Draka Image 360. They offer an advantage over traditional types of cable used for this application, as their smaller diameter allows a larger packing density in signal distribution systems, e.g. in jackfield and distribution amplifier wiring, where back planes are very densely populated. The jacket material used is LS0H copolymer for compliance with today's increasingly stringent regulations for areas of public concourse.

If you require a custom length please buy the next length up and post a note to me with the purchase.
EG: If you require a 25cm cable please buy the 50cm cable and notify me of a custom cable length in the purchase message box where you complete your purchase, or messgae me in the normal way if you wish.
Note: I measure cable length from the back of the crimp ferrules at each end(please see picture).
This cable, Argosy Image 360, has a minimum bend radius of 51mm, thus using circa 160mm to make a 'U' bend.
That is not to say that you can not impose a tighter bend then 51mm radius but if you do the cable will not deliver the stated bandwidth.
The cable is stiff compared to lower performance / bandwidth cables.
Flexible high performance cables are available (please see my ebay shop) but only in thicker, heavier and more expensive forms.
