Winning bidders: Will be contacted within 24 hours from Auction closing date, by way of eBay Invoice. Confirmation from Buyer re payment would be appreciated within 24 hours from receipt of invoice.

Payment Methods: We Only Accept PayPal

Immediate payment is required for all purchases. Items will not be posted until full payment has been made and cleared. PayPal 'e-cheques' can take up to 5-7 business days to clear and items will not be sent until the e-cheque clears into my PayPal account. Direct Debit Can be arranged on Request, items will not be sent until l the funds are in our account.

Postage & Handling Domestic: Postage charges have risen dramatically from the 1st of January 2016 plus further increases in October 2017, 2018, 2019 & January 2020. Standard post takes longer for delivery, but there will be a priority option for equivalent delivery times to now, but at an extra cost. Wherever possible we will endeavour to offer Free Postage, however when Postage Costs are charged they will be at the following rates;

· Priority Post $0.75 (optional)

· Registered Post $7.00 (optional)

· Items up to 250g will be charged at a flat rate of $5.00

· Items between 250g - 500g will be charged at a flat rate of $12.00

· Items between 500g – 3kg will be charged at a flat rate of $18.00

These charges when applied, are for anywhere within Australia & they include handling charges, Packaging Media, Consumables, Administration & other expense’s associated with running a business.

Postage & Handling International: International Post services and charges have changed from the 1^st October 2017, 2018, 2019 with slower delivery times and delivery issues at times with basic airmail. The default worldwide option is standard international postage with tracking, however we will post without tracking to selected countries, REFER TO LISTING IF OPTION IS AVAILABLE.

· Air Mail Economy Items up to 250g will be charged at a flat rate at a flat rate of $15.00 (No Tracking)

· Air Mail Economy Items up to 500g will be charged at a Flat rate of $38.00 (With Tracking)

· Air Mail Economy Items between 500g – 2kg will be charged at a Flat rate of $70.00 (With Tracking)

These charges include a $5 handling fee which covers, Packaging Media, Consumables, and Administration required for Customs Documentation & other expense’s associated with running a business.

Every care is taken in packaging the goods for shipping; we do not however take any responsibility for items once they have been lodged with Australia Post.

Feedback / Defaulters: Due to the high number of bidders who are defaulting on their bids, we advise that all buyers who do not make contact with us, within 5 days will be reported to eBay and negative feedback will be left. We leave positive feedback promptly; we expect the same on receipt of goods, if satisfied. Any problems please contact us, as an amicable solution is always possible.
