DISPATCH TIMES  We aim for 1-2 working days for dispatch of your orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec)orders may take 3-4 working days, 

UK Orders should be delivered within 1-5 working days after dispatch depending on what postal service you use. 

If Courier Express Service shipping option is chosen then orders once dispatched are delivered the next working day with APC.  

METHODS OF DELIVERY 

For UK courier orders we use the courier DPD and APC when your order is dispatched  you will receive an automatic dispatch email. Orders sent via the postal service (small parcel) are sent with Whistl or Royal Mail.

BFPO/PO BOX ADDRESSES 

We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you may return the goods with a full refund of payment, excluding all carriage costs.  

Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition with all packaging intact. 

 Shortages will be replaced at our discretion otherwise the appropriate refund of payment will be made. 

 We will incur all return carriage charges if the goods are faulty, received in an unsatisfactory condition, dispatched in error, or mis-represented .

Debit cards (also known as bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo. 

When a Buyer wins an item, or uses Buy It Now to purchase an item,you must complete the purchase by sending full payment to the seller within 2 days. 

Unpaid items are considered a violation of eBay buying policies.  

All unpaid items are recorded on a buyer’s account.  

Buyers who have excessive unpaid items, or cancelled transactions, may have limits imposed, or lose their buying privileges. 

We may report an unpaid item if the buyer doesn't pay or contact us within 2 days.
