1584a Americana Series 3c Ballot Box National Bureau Precancel MNH

Scott 1584a from the Americana Series with the National Bureau Precancel (Lines only), shiny gum, untagged, MNH. This is one of six precancel varieties prepared by the Bureau for this issue.

In addition to this stamp, there are five “City and State” specific precancels,  Chicago IL, Phoenix AZ, Greensboro NC, Dallas TX, and Richmond VA. It is a challenge to find them all.
