Handpainted woman's portrait on a porcelain Austrian vase. Marked Victoria Austria on the bottom. The portrait is beautifully crafted on a deep red background framed in gold with gold handles and a band of gold around the back of the vase. A gold floral pattern is throughout on the back of the vase. It stands approx. 13 3/4" high. 

There is a superficial hairline crack in the portrait and the gold paint on the handles are faded as shown in the photos provided.
