** IMPORTANT Instructions **
- To toggle between NTSC and PAL: If you get a black & and white image on the display, use a pointed object (such as a toothpick or thumbtack) and press into the small hole on the side of the HDMI to AV Converter.
- If the HDMI to AV Converter needs additional power, insert one end of the USB charge cable (included) into the HDMI to AV Converter. Insert the USB end of the charging cable into a USB wall charger or into the USB port of your computer.

- FedEx shipments are provided with a tracking number and may require a signature if shipment is over $250.00.

- Once item is marked delivered by USPS we do not refund or reship items.

Order Processing Times
- We ship items Monday through Friday, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- Standard Order Processing time: 1-3 Business Days from date of cleared payment your item should leave our warehouse.
- Estimated Order Transit time: 2-10 Business Days from shipment date.
- Total Estimated Delivery time: You should receive your item in a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 15 days.
Grassroots-Computers will honor a return for exchange of defective merchandise within 14 days of purchase. We do not provide technical support for products, you will need to contact manufacturers directly to confirm the status of your item. If it is defective they will provide you with an RMA number directly or you can submit a return request with Grassroots Computers directly as well after diagnosis. If you would simply like to return the item because you purchased the wrong item there will be a 15% restocking fee. You are required to pay for return shipping.
