Professional forestry tooling.

Made by us on our own tackle, we even had to purchase a forge for bending the hooks. Its harder but cheaper than a hydraulic machine i can't afford!

So the hooks 20x20mm steel and it takes some shaping.

Not the most sophisticated bit of blacksmithing but theres no way of bending it cold!

Brackets are constructed of 50x5mm flat steel bar. Complete overspec.

We even put two bolts on the tooth. Got to be better than one right?

Chainsaw spanner fits, obviously, should it need a tighten once it's had some hassle.

50x1200mm ash handle. Or four foot and hellish thick.

Thick vinyl cap at the top, crushed in the bracket at the bottom, all ends covered.

Finished in a natural oil and wax this item is going to have a hard time, treated very badly and the finish wont last. But because its a natural product you can feed it anytime with a non synthetic chainsaw oil, dubbing for your boots, whatever is at hand!

No taper for total strength, ratchet strap it to your pick up if you need, i have in the past! Yeehaw!

Painted in "burn your eyes out" orange, theres no excuse for running over it with the telehandler, is there Patrick? Should of sacked him for that alone.......Anyways......

A serious tool for serious jobs. Invaluable when the strength of 3 is needed by 1.

We made it, we made it to a specification, not a price.

(Should the horror of all horrors happen and you employ a 'Patrick' like i did and your cant hook gets trashed, you can fix it all to a scaffold bar then beat him with it! 😉)
