Due to continued bad experiences with "new" eBayers & the upcoming changes in eBay's policy with regards to only being able to accept PayPal payments & having a limit on what I can charge for the 1st shipping option for various media(which is 99% of what I sell) all payments for all types of listings will be due within THREE days at the end of auction/listing.
If payment is not received/confirmed & you have not emailed me by the 3rd day as to why you have not made your payment I will take your non-communication as an admission of your intent not to pay & at my discretion I will either make a 2nd chance offer to the next highest bidder or relist & file an unpaid item claim which can result in possibly preventing you from bidding on other items in the future. Should you make a late payment & the item has already been resold to someone else I will be under no obligation to sell it to you but I will grant a full refund less any additional listing/selling/fees incurred by me as a result of having to sell it to someone else.

If paying by PayPal eCheck keep in mind that eChecks usually take 3-4 business days(sometimes longer) to clear so my commitment time to send out your items does not begin until AFTER your eCheck clears & your items will NOT be sent out until AFTER your eCheck clears & as I on more than 1 occasion had an experience where the eCheck was cancelled by the buyer so I cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
Also, if your address comes up UNconfirmed in PayPal I will need to verify your address before I can send out your items. In case you forget to tell me before you make payment I will email you & you can let me know via return email what your correct mailing address is. It does not have to update in your PayPal account in case it isn't the same as what you tell me but please keep in mind you are responsible for providing accurate information.
In addition, if you do not have at least 10 positive feedbacks within the past 6 months & a 99% positive feedback rating I will reserve the right to cancel your bid at my discretion. Thank you for your understanding.
Listed shipping prices are for US & Puerto Rico ONLY. I do ship media items(music, movies, books) worldwide so if you live in any other location you must email me your address for shipping quotes. Non-US/PR bidders please keep in mind I can NOT give you an estimate of transit time or guarantee the safe arrival of your package. All my media items are sent in bubble envelopes or well stuffed boxes.
