Non si accettano ordini con rettifica indirizzo di consegna tramite email e indirizzi di spedizione a caselle postali. Non si accettano ordini con consegna presso Uffici Postali o organizzazioni simili salvo che il destinatario sia impiegato presso queste strutture.
Il codice di tracking viene caricato sempre in ogni ordine spedito e vi verra' comunicato sia tramite eBay che per email. Qualora il Vs. pacco risultasse in giacenza provvederemo ad avvisarvi e a fare quanto in ns. possesso per svincolare la spedizione.
La rispedizione al mittente del prodotto e' a tuo carico e sotto la tua responsabilita' e puo' essere effettuata utilizzando il corriere che preferisci.Entro (14) quattordici giorni dalla tua manifestazione di reso (art. 57 Codice del consumo) devi rispedirci i prodotti integri, etichettati e nella loro confezione originaria, se prevista, (busta di plastica o scatola a seconda del tipo di articolo), allegando all'interno del pacco il documento di consegna.
Il tuo reso sara' rimborsato entro al massimo 14 giorni dal momento dal momento in cui saremo informati della tua decisione di avvalerti del diritto di recesso. Ci riserviamo tuttavia di trattenere il rimborso sino a quando la merce non giungera' presso il nostro magazzino, ai sensi dell'art. 56 del Codice del Consumo, cosi' come modificato dal decreto legislativo 21 febbraio 2014 n.21.
Se hai ricevuto il prodotto difettoso ti preghiamo di contattarci appena possibile tramite la messaggistica di Ebay e sara' nostra cura forniti le indicazioni per un eventuale sostituzione o ritiro a nostre spese.
Se l'articolo ricevuto non corrisponde a quanto ordinato, ti chiediamo di non aprire la confezione e di contattarci.
Sei responsabile della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni. Pertanto, qualora i beni restituiti risultino danneggiati (ad esempio l'etichetta di autenticita' e il sigillo di sicurezza, segno di usura, abrasione, scalfittura, graffio, deformazioni, ecc.), non completi di tutti i loro elementi ed accessori (ivi incluse le etichette e i cartellini inalterati ed attaccati al prodotto), non corredati dalle istruzioni/note/manuali allegati, dalle confezioni e imballaggi originali e dal certificato di garanzia, ove presente, risponderai della diminuzione patrimoniale del valore del bene, e avrai diritto al rimborso dell'importo pari al valore residuo del Prodotto. A tale fine, pertanto, sei invitato a non manipolare il bene oltre quanto strettamente necessario a stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento degli stessi e rivestire l'involucro originale dei Prodotti con altro imballo protettivo che ne conservi l'integrita' e lo protegga durante il trasporto anche da scritte o da etichette.
