MARX Trains  New York Central Deluxe 8 wheel Crane Car #5590 "AS IS" (B17)

This crane will be sold "AS IS" It does not work. This crane needs some work done on it for it to be in good working order. The markings are in good shape. The wheels, axles and couplings are good as well. Strings on the crane are broken see pictures
