Vintage Wrights Jumbo Rick Rack Ruffled Trim Seam Binding Hem Facing. Condition is "New". These are from the 1970’s. All of the packs are still sealed. The brown jumbo rick rack has a tear in the plastic on the front and the canary hem facing has some staining, but not sure if it’s on the fabric because it is still sealed and there aren’t any tears in the plastic.
