These rollers have been removed from brand new roller decks to be replaced with standard rollers.

The rollers are brand new, they have NEVER had a pallet run over them.

Each roller will come with the mounting hardware shown in the second image. 

These are an excellent safety feature to prevent runaway pallets on gravity conveyor systems as they keep the pallet speed consistent throughout the journey when fitted at the correct spacing.

The system they came from is an 1100 series FIFO pallet storage system that was never fitted.

To avoid confusion, these 80mm speed controllers are designed to be used with the standard 60mm diameter rollers, the mounting is offset to allow them to sit just a few millimetres proud of the 60mm roller surface allowing them to effectively catch and slow the passing pallet.
