  • MEET YOUR PURIFIED WATER NEEDS- if you are in need of purified water for your home sink, then look no further. Our ProMax Dual Under Counter system uses 2-stage design to help remove sediments and purify your water. No electricity is required. BPA and BPS free to ensure no extra contaminates leach into your clean water. Premium Quality ABS housing and fittings.

  • STAGE ONE- The first stage of the Dual System is equipped with a standard pre-sediment filter. This filter will help remove sediment such as dirt, sand, debris, and rust that may age your system and pipes. Lifespan of this filter will vary based on water chemistry. When you feel your water pressure decreasing, or sediments going through, its time to replace. Replacement filter: PSD-1005.

  • STAGE TWO- The second stage of the Dual System is equipped with our ?all-in-one? ProMax filter technology. This filter helps reduce/remove a broad range of over 200 contaminants including VOCs, lead, fluoride, heavy metals, pesticides, SVC?s, disinfectants, inorganic non-metallics, herbicides, pharmaceuticals, PFOA, PFOS, and microplastics. Replacement filter: PMC-34RF.

  • WHATS INCLUDED- ProMax replacement filter already installed, mounting bracket, 3/8" quick connect fittings, 6" pc of 3/8" polyethylene tubing and wrench.  For systems purchased with a faucet you will receive a chrome plated lead-free faucet kit and instruction booklet. For systems purchased without a faucet you will receive an inline system conversion kit and instruction booklet.

    								We pride ourselves in our products and on our customer service.  Our products, depending on the item, carry a limited warranty to the original purchaser that ranges from 90-days to 2-years on manufacturer's defects and workmanship.  If at anytime you see or feel a problem with your Propur item, please contact us as we also have a technical services team that can answer questions, talk you through a problem remedy on your product or help with a warranty repair/replacement.

    Returns

    								Please message our Customer Service team with any questions or problems you may have regarding your Propur item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there is a problem with the item itself, Propur® offers a 30-day money back guarantee to the original purchaser from date of purchase. 

    The Customer Service team will walk you through our returns process and  issue you a Return Authorization Number (RMA).  Items being returned must be in their original packaging, with all parts and materials, including a copy of original receipt showing proof of purchase.  Return shipping is at the customer's expense.  Upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise of its content, Propur® will issue a refund excluding shipping charges.
