Eyebright (known also as an eyewort, meadow eyebright, and red eyebright as well) grows primarily in grassy areas such as meadows and pastures. Eyebright Herb has been used internally as a tea or externally as compresses. In foods, eyebright is used as a flavouring ingredient. It is 100 percent natural without any additives.

To make a tea, add 1 tsp of Eyebright Herb to one cup (200 ml) of boiling water. Let it steep for 5-15 minutes and then strain out the leaves. It’s ready to use.
