DELIVERY
We aim to process all orders ready for dispatch within 24 - 48 hours of the order date. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday unless otherwise stated. In order to continuously offer the best pricing, we use various couriers but rest assured, all items are tracked from our depot right to your door. If your item hasn't arrived within the delivery time frame then please allow 7 working days before getting in touch with us. In the meantime, please check that items have not been left with a neighbour or at your local sorting office. Please ensure that someone is present to sign for the parcel at the delivery address.
