If the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please send us a picture showing the damaged part and let us know the problem as detailed as possible. We will then supply you with new item.
Conditions of returns are as follows:
1.Claims for return must be made in writing within the first 60 days of receipt of item.
2.Freight fees are not refundable.
3.The item must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition in order to qualify for exchange.
4.We will try our best to provide the photos that show the color as close as original. However, different screens maybe display different color, so we do not accept return enquires based on the color variation.
5.Please read the description and dimension of the item carefully before you make an order. All the size has been stated in the details. Therefore, the postage fees are not refundable based on the resizing enquires.
