If one of our products ever fails you due to manufacturing defect, Please return the goods with its original packaging upon receipt the cartridge. We will test the goods and if proven faulty a replacement will be dispatched on the same day. However if the goods prove to be of sale able quality than postage fee will be applied for return goods.
