Shipping Policy:

We ships all items within Australia from Sydney. Many of our items also ship worldwide! You may view the shipping calculator in the item listing to see which countries an item will ship to, as well as to calculate the shipping costs.

While some of our items include free shipping within Australia , some items will have a shipping charge this allows you to purchase the items you require. For items with shipping charges, we will offer combined shipping rates whenever possible. Combined shipping rates will be determined by us upon request. When purchasing multiple items, please use the eBay 'Add to Cart' feature and then request a combined invoice. Allow time for us to calculate combined shipping rates and send a revised invoice before completing payment. Please note that we reserve the right to modify available shipping services at any time, and to substitute shipping services at our discretion. We highly recommend that you provide a shipping address to which all major carriers Australia post, and couriers can deliver.

Items shipping to USA locations may be sent from our US distributor if avaliable, and a credit made by paypal for the reduced postage charges.  You are also encouraged to contact us before completing a purchase with any questions you may have regarding shipping

Return Policy:

Returns and exchanges are welcomed within 30 days of receipt of your order. For eligible customers, items shipped to International please message us for an RMA# and further instructions, should you decide to return an item. If you are desiring to exchange an item, we recommend that you contact us directly and not use the eBay returns system. Return shipping and insurance fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Items must be in new condition 

Attention International Customers - Customs Declaration Statement:

Import duties, taxes, and charges (such as VAT, GST, custom duties) are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. We will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing so is against Australian and international laws and is prohibited by eBay policy.
