Serbia Scott 26, a full sheet of 100, with OG and NH. Sheet of 100, never hinged and reasonably fresh for a sheet that is 142 years old. This is the thin paper variety, and Type II with break in the "T" of "POSTA". Sheet was folded at some point into four quarters and there is some separation in the crease. A lovely, rarely offered sheet for the front of your classic Serbia album. Scans of the front are in two sections because the size of the item. See scans. As shown; as is. For items that sell for more than $100 (exclusive of shipping charges) and that do not already have a certificate, if, within 30 days of shipment, the item is expertized by a recognized expertizing service AND the Seller is notified of the submission, and the item is found to not be as represented (either it is not genuine, or has been altered in some way not represented at the time of sale (e.g. regummed, reperfed, erased cancel)), then a full refund will be given and the expert certificate purchased for its cost, at the Buyer’s election.  Grading is EXCLUDED from this guarantee. 

Shipping will be made by method and for the cost shown in the listing (typically by USPS First Class Mail or USPS International First Class Mail) with the following exceptions: Buy it Now items that sell for more than $100 will be shipped within the United States with tracking and insurance for a shipping charge of $6.45.
