Used / 1889 - Hardcover - VERY WORN !!! - hardcover book with brown cloth covers, stamped design on the front and spine covers, gold gilt design and writing on the front and spine covers, 1032 pages, illustrated through out with black and white illustrations in the text, full page engravings and color plates. Condition of the book is poor with heavy wear to the covers, especially to the back cover (see photo), heavy edge/corner bumping. Both hinges cracked and barely hanging on. Markings to the backside of some of the full page illustrations, foxing through out. Crayon on the rear fly pages, pencil writing on other fly pages. Edge tears on a handful of pages. Readable but not the most collectible of books.- 1034 pages.This book is a must for the serious collector and researcher of works of the Ancient Antiquities and Rituals.
