1. WHAT IS HEPATHROMBIN H AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR?

Hepathrombin X, rectal ointment contains the active substances heparin-sodium, prednisolone and polidocanol. This one

the combination enables effective treatment of characteristic side effects and consequences of hemorrhoids (hemorrhoids)

such as itching, burning, stinging, pain, and dampness.

Thanks to pure heparin, Hepathrombin X prevents blood clotting in hemorrhoids. Prednisolone

has an anti-inflammatory (anti-inflammatory) effect, and polidocanol has a local anesthetic and antipruritic effect.

action (relieves itching).

Hepathrombin H is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of hemorrhoids and itching in the perianal region in the short term period.

2. HOW HEPATHROMBIN H IS USED

Always take Hepathrombin X exactly as your doctor has told you. If you are not sure, check with your doctor or pharmacist.

Application of Hepatrombin X rectal ointment

Hepatrombin X rectal ointment is applied directly to the affected area in case of external changes.

In internal hemorrhoids, the attached tube is attached to the tube, which is then pulled into the end of the colon and a small amount of fat is squeezed out by light pressure on the tube.

What dose of medicine to take

Hepatrombin X rectal ointment is applied to the affected area twice a day after defecation in case of external changes. On the first day of therapy, in order to relieve the symptoms faster, it can be applied up to four times.

In internal hemorrhoids, the attached tube is attached to the tube, which is then pulled into the end of the colon and a small amount of fat is squeezed out by light pressure on the tube.

Hepathrombin X suppositories can also be used - for internal hemorrhoids, they are applied once a day, after defecation, to the rectum. In case of more pronounced symptoms, one suppository can be used 2-3 times during the first day of therapy.

Only during the first day of therapy, more than one suppository can be used if the symptoms are stronger

expressed.

If you take more HEPATHROMBIN X than you should

If you take more than what is recommended (overdose) or someone else accidentally takes your medicine, contact your doctor, pharmacist or the nearest healthcare facility immediately.

If you forget to take HEPATHROMBIN H

Never take a double dose to make up for skipping a medication!

If you skip a dose, take it as soon as possible. However, if it approached

time to take the next dose, continue taking the medicine as recommended.

If you suddenly stop taking HEPATHROMBIN H

Even if you feel well, do not stop taking the medicine without consulting a doctor. It is important to

follow the instructions given to you by your doctor.

3. ADVERSE REACTIONS OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT

Hepathrombin X, like other medicines, can have side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Prolonged use can lead to delayed wound healing on the skin.

Allergic reactions (hypersensitivity reactions), as well as local irritations, can occur extremely rarely.
