Hair + Beauty Salon Supplies mostly uses Australia Post to deliver our products to all locations within Australia.

Orders placed on week days before 12.00 pm midday will be dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next business day.

Shipping times vary depending on your location within Australia. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are unable to deliver to parcel lockers. Once your products are on their way, it's very difficult to redirect your order. We work closely with our shipping partner (Australia Post) to minimize delivery delays.

The delivery times provided are estimates only. We will not be held liable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made if stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provide us with.

We will gladly offer a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty and does not operate as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

All claims must be made by messaging Hair + Beauty Salon Supplies within 14 days of order receipt. Once returns authorisation is processed, please ensure returned goods are in original packaging and condition with the corresponding receipt or invoice.

The following conditions apply the change of mind returns:

• All items packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, must be returned with the returned items. Packaging must be opened and seals intact (where applicable).
• Items must be in new and unworn condition.
• Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.
• Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty

All returns, exchanges and credits are at the sole discretion of Hair + Beauty Salong Supplies.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns, exchanges or credits on:

• Scissors
• Hair extensions
• Errings
• Hand held razors and refills
• All beauty products
• Any clippers if they have been used and all other electrical products (as they have their own warranty)

If your Wahl product fails to operate satisfactorily within the specified number of years (se package for length of warranty) from the date of original purchase or receipt as a gift, Wahl will, at our option, repair or replace the product annd return it to you FREE OF CHARGE.

Do not return this product to the store where purchased. Please send as per instructions on the warranty card provided with your product.
