The stickers come in three different sizes. Measure the area you want to place the sticker before choosing the size. The price is for one individual sticker.

The letters/numbers are not on a contrasting color ground.  For example, the sticker is just individual computer-cut red/blue adhesive vinyl graphics and you have to put it on a light-colored surface to create the contrast, as I've done in the photos.

I will send you a link to my video with tips on applying the sticker when you order.

Ideal surface to place it on is smooth metal, glass or plastic.  The sticker will be less adhesive on a wall that's been painted with flat latex paint and even less on an uneven surface with grain such as stucco or unfinished wood.

Outside the U.S. will be charged international shipping through Ebay's Global Shipping program. Ebay sets this amount which is unknown to me and includes tracking which some have complained is expensive, so if you want me to send it in a 1st-class envelope without tracking, it will cost $1.40 US per sticker.
