Car Audio Audiophile 2-Channel High to Low RCA Converter + Built-in 12V Remote Amplifier Turn-On + Built-In Ground Loop isolator + LED indicator

You will NOT need to run a 12V remote turn-on wire from the radio to the amplifier!

YOU SPENT HUNDREDS EVEN THOUSANDS OF DOLLAR ON YOUR STEREO UPGRADE, DON'T SAVE A COUPLE OF BUCKS ON THIS VERY IMPORTANT AUDIO CONVERTER!!!

We recommend installing the Hi-Low converter as closed to the amplifier as possible in order to use the shortest 100% copper RCA cable possible and help avoid engine whine noise.

The HL-50R is a 2-channel high-level to low-level Adjustable Signal Converter designed for factory or aftermarket radios that do not have dedicated RCA outputs and Remote 12V Turn-On output.
1. The adapter converts the high-level signal from the radio's speaker outputs into a low level RCA audio signal.  This allows you to add an amplifier to your system for higher power output and better sound quality.
2. This converter also creates a turn-on 12V+ signal for your amplifier that may be missing from your stock factory radio.
3. It has a built-in Ground Loop Isolator.
4. It has an LED Power Indicator
5. All of this in a Small Form Factor Case!

The HL-50R is a major time saver when installing an amplifier to a source without RCA outputs or a 12V+ turn-on output like a stock radio or aftermarket radio without RCA outputs.
You will NOT have to run a remote Turn-On wire from the front to that back of the car!
You run the 12V power and ground wires to your amplifier and then connect this adapter to the power and remote turn-on wires of your amplifier.

Here is how it works: The unit has a built in electronic relay, when your stock radio sends sound to the speakers, this device converts the speaker out signal to High impedance level RCA outputs for your amplifier audio inputs and at the same time, it feeds 12+ volts to the remote Turn-On wire of your amplifier.
