Huion provides one year warranty on this product and its accessories, and the customers can enjoy free exchange in the first month if any non-manmade problem exists.

Huion Refurbished Devices are pre-owned Huion products that have been inspected by Huion's refurbishment department prior to being offered for sale. Huion's standard refurbishment process includes the inspection, cleaning and repair of any technical issues so as to ensure that the device meets Huion's quality standards. Only devices that meet a final quality assurance standard are made available to listed as a Huion Refurbished Device. However, Huion Refurbished Devices may have slight signs of wear, and may or may not be in their original packaging. All Huion Refurbished Devices are covered by by two years warranty, and any applicable Huion returns policy.
