USS LCS (L) (3)-47 Naval Cover 1946 Sailor's Mail CHINA

It was sent 11 Feb 1946 (I have the date from an almost identical cover that had a date postmark). It was franked with stamp "Navy Sailors". It was sent from Jim Piper.
