High quality solder, selected by us especially for audio terminations. Fast wetting action and virtually no spattering and no conductive residue.
It is widely recognized that the best form of conductor is gold plated OFC. To optimise this even further soldered connections are regarded as superior to screw connections. By far the best solder for audio applications is 4% low melting point silver solder. However to buy is very expensive and comes on a large roll. This auction is for 300cm of solder which is sufficient for 21-23 plugs.
