An ancient Ayurvedic practice, oil pulling is a fantastic oral cleansing procedure that is simply done by swishing, swirling, pushing and pulling oil between the teeth. 

HOW TO USE:

For best results oil pull first thing in the morning or last thing at night before you brush your teeth.

 Shake bottle before use.

1. Tip 1 tablespoons of oil in to your mouth.

2. Gently swish the oil around your mouth, pushing and pulling the oil between your teeth for 10-20 mins, then spit out (the oil should appear a milky colour) if the oil is clear when you spit out you have not swished long enough.

3. Rinse with clean water. Do not swallow the oil.

4. Brush teeth as normal or try brushing with Lochside’s Black Magic Tooth Polish to polish teeth.

These product has a shelf life of 12 months, once opened must be used within the 12 months.
