Fully Programable 7 Day 24 Hour Digital Touch-Screen Thermostat

The Radiant Premium Glass Touch Screen Thermostat is an ideal and stylish option for controlling your electric under floor heating.

The blue backlit digital display not only looks great, but provides an easy way to set the on/off schedule twice daily plus the desired temperature (thermostat only).

During the off period, this thermostat enables you set a minimum temperature so you can maintain a base temperature or if you have solar you can use this to trickle power from your solar panels to the floor heating to maintain a higher temperature throughout the day for little or no cost.

Shipping

SHIPPING LOCATION
We have warehouses in Perth and Melbourne and we dispatch goods from both warehouses. Where stock is available we will always dispatch from your closest warehouse. However, as our stock levels are constantly changing, we may sometimes opt to dispatch to you from either warehouse at our discretion when we feel it will be quicker to dispatch from the other warehouse than it will be to replenish stock and dispatch from your closest warehouse. In this scenario, the estimated delivery time as stated on the listing may be inaccurate and you may wait longer (or in some cases shorter) than you have been quoted at the time of purchase.

NON STOCKED ITEMS
Some items which we sell are not held in either of our warehouses (Perth & Sydney). These items are ordered into us once we have a requirement for them. There may occasionally be instances where unprecedented sales may result in an item which is usually in stock, being out of stock. In this situation dispatch times may be longer than the stated times.

BULKY & HEAVY ITEMS
Some of the items which we sell on Ebay are bulky and heavy. Where a postage cost has been specified, this is for postage to metropolitan areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth. If you live outside these areas, you should contact us prior to placing your order so that we can give you an accurate quotation for shipping the item/s. Should you order an item which is classified as bulky/heavy and you are outside of the areas specified, we reserve the right to request additional payment to cover the actual shipping costs. We will contact you with this information following your purchase if your items requires additional payment. If you are not happy to pay the additional costs, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
Where our listings specify an express shipping delivery option (which may indicate a delivery time of 1 day), this is for deliveries to major capital cities only. Australia is a large country making it impossible to guarantee next day delivery to everywhere in Australia. We offer this service in order to comply with new Ebay requirements and we will dispatch orders, where express shipping is selected, using an express service, however we can provide no guarantees as to when your order will arrive as this is out of our hands.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
We will not automatically give an authority to leave on shipments. We may at our discretion put an authority to leave on shipments, but this is usually where the order value is low. If you want us to put an authority to leave on the shipment, you should contact us immediately after you place your order using the Ebay message system. If you do not contact us immediately, your order may already have been shipped.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
When items are dispatched to you, we will send you an email with a tracking reference and shipping company name. You should be able to track your order on their website, but please note often tracking information is not updated until the parcel reaches significant distribution centres so you may not see any updates for several days (depending on your location)

IN-TRANSIT
Once a shipment leaves us it is in the hands of the shipping company. Very occasionally, and sometimes out of the control of anyone (bush fires, flooding, natural disasters, weather, etc), shipments may get delayed. Trade Warehouse accept no responsibility for these delays and the impact they may have. We are always happy to assist you in finding out when your shipment will arrive, but we hope that you understand that once a parcel leaves us it is out of our control. In situations where delays occur, we hope you understand that this is no fault of ours and we request that you still give us good feedback.

 

PAYPAL

Our method of payment for orders is using PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account you can still opt to pay by PayPal but instead when transferred to the PayPal website you can select to pay with Credit Card. Using this method you can pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Returns

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the item in stock we will credit you back the amount of the item. You must notify us of any issues with your order within 30 days of receipt of the item. In the situation that the goods are faulty or we have sent out the wrong items, we will refund all the money which you have paid. We will not retain funds to cover the original shipment cost.

NON-FAULTY ITEMS / CHANGE OF MIND
If you are returning an item which is not faulty, but you have simply ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, the item must be returned in all original packaging, with all components included and in a salable condition, otherwise we may not be able to issue a refund, or we may only be able to issue a part refund. When we refund your money, we reserve the right to withhold funds equal to the actual costs of shipping the item to you in the first place. This is the situation regardless of whether the item offered free shipping or not.

RETURNS PROCESS
To return items please send us a message with your eBay item #, full name, item name, and e-mail address that you placed you order with along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return or exchange it. We will e-mail you back with instructions in approximately 2-3 business days. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name or e-mail address ordered with. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly. Return shipping is responsibility of the customer.

FEEDBACK

In the rare situation that something has gone wrong with your order and you are not fully satisfied, we request that you contact us before giving us negative feedback. Very occasionally things don't always go to plan, or issues which are out of our control (shipping delays, etc) result in buyer dissatisfaction. In these scenarios we would like the opportunity to look into this and where possible rectify any issues. All of our customers are important to us because we want to create loyal customers who are happy with our service and products. When this doesn't happy we take it very seriously and will identify where possible what we can change to prevent the same thing happening again. Trade Warehouse Direct is an online retailer of a broad range of products which are predominately focused on trades people and DIYers. Established in 2010, we started as a small outfit based in Wangara, a suburb of Perth, WA. Since then we have expanded and opened a warehouse in Dandenong, a suburb of Melbourne, VIC. In 2012 we had outgrown our premises in both locations and in February 2012 we moved to larger premises in Wangara. We now have combined warehouse and office space of over 1,300 square metres, the majority of which is racked out with 4m high racking ensuring that we can keep stock of as many products as we can.
