International Machine Sales
All our machines are supplied with a uk 3 pin flat pin plug that is suitable for 240-volt electricity supply.
If your country has a 110 volt supply, you will need to purchase a transformer to convert the supply to work on your supply.
You will also require the plug to be either changed or you will need a travel plug convertor.
International buyers will be responsible for all the postage costs regarding
returning the item.
Warranty:- All items are classed as ‘sold as seen’. Complexions Enterprise
Ltd will however honour a repairing 12 month return to base warranty on
machines inclusive of parts and labour.
All Repairs under this warranty must be conducted by Complexions
Enterprise Ltd. As used equipment cannot be covered under product liability
insurance, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that they are adequately
covered by their own insurance for customer injuries, machine malfunctions or
claims of any nature relating to use of supplied machine. Complexions
Enterprise Ltd do not accept any responsibility for any such claims. Accessories
are not included under warranty but will be fixed at cost price within the
initial 12-month warranty period. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure
that they are competently trained to use the equipment by the original
manufacturer, and that they get the machine inspected and tested by a competent
qualified engineer before use, and that they comply with the original equipment
manufacturers operating instructions at all times. All machines are supplied
electrically tested. Liability for any loss or claim is limited to the net
amount paid on this invoice and we do not cover any lost time or inconvenience
caused by delays of any kind. This warranty does not cover accidental damage or
damage in transit caused by inadequate packaging by the customer. We do not
offer refunds, but will repair or replace within a reasonable time, if
possible. Fabric covers damage or discoloration is not covered. Any faults or
defects must be reported immediately. All postage costs, including those
occurred under warranty, are at the buyer’s expense.
