-New old stock with light shelf wear from handling (unboxed). Possibly stored item i.e. bandages.
-May have label glue residue/packing envelope or has an old packing envelope on exterior. 
-Wheels function or replaced with new wheels (rubber slips off base over time).
-Butterfly locks do tend to tarnish (aluminum oxide?) <24hrs of humidity or lightest rain exposure. This is standard.
-May have a faint stencil marking... medical unit, or similar writing. Usually comes off with rubbing alcohol. 
-May have dust, etc on exterior from storage. May have a dusty exterior or labels/residue thereof, stains from leaf material, etc. 
-Cases are good, but ship unboxed. Not sure how brutal FedEx may be. Far more than the military has been.
