Free: delivery is standard letter post. This delivery method has NO tracking and can take up to 15 business days. If the item is damaged or lost by Australia Post unfortunately we are unable to replace. As there is no tracking we are also unable to provide a delivery status, you will need to contact Australia Post directly.
Standard: (RECOMMENDED) delivery is standard satchel post. This delivery method is reliable and has a tracking number which will be provided to you as soon as your item is posted. Delivery is generally 1-5 business days depending on the delivery state. This delivery method is available at checkout.
Express: delivery is express satchel post. Please review the Australia Post website to see if your area is covered by Australia Post Next Business Day Delivery Guarantee prior to selecting this service.
Pick up: available from Wagga Wagga NSW 2650. Please contact us to arrange collection.
RETURN: If you wish to return your item, you are required to contact us within
30 days of the original delivery date with a reason for the return. You are
required to return the item to Automotive Parts Australia in as new condition
in its original and undamaged packaging. Buyer is responsible for return
postage cost on all returns except in the event an item is faulty. Money back
will be refunded to the buyer on receipt of returned item in as new condition
in its original and undamaged packaging and providing the item is posted
according to Automotive Parts Australia?s accepted return postage method.
Items that have been used or fitted do not qualify for return. If an
item is returned and deemed by Automotive Parts Australia to have been used,
damaged or without the original packaging, we will refuse a refund.
We are unable to provide refunds on any electrical items.
Refunds are only available to the original purchaser.
WARRANTY: All items come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for warranty, all items must have been installed by a
licensed technician. A licensed technician must provide a report outlining the
fault, confirmation the item was fitted following manufacturers guidelines and
diagnostic details regarding scan checks and tests conducted prior to and
after fitting the item supplied by Automotive Parts Australia. The report must
be signed by a licensed technician and include a current Motor Vehicle
Repairers License Number.
The buyer must post the item back to Automotive Parts Australia
according to our accepted return postage method. Automotive Parts Australia
will refund the return postage cost and replace the original item upon receipt
of the original faulty item and once Automotive Parts Australia is satisfied
the warranty conditions have been met.
Stock can sell out in the time it takes to process warranty claims, in
this case a refund will be provided.
Warranty does not cover any out of pocket expenses or any claims that
are deemed by Automotive Parts Australia to have been caused
by insufficient or incorrect oils or fluids, incorrect installation,
overheating, accident damage, overloading, misuse, unauthorised
installation/repairs or lack of maintenance.
Warranties are only available to the original purchaser.
