Four position rotary switch as used in the Sequential Circuits Pro-One for Octave selection. Also works in the Weston PRO2021. This is the real deal. Please note the PIN 1 marking on the switch when installing it.

I often have these in both threaded (shown) or unthreaded (not shown). Both work perfectly and the Pro One doesn't make use of the thread. If you have a preference let me know, otherwise I'll send a randomly selected item.
