This listing is for a precision made Guide bush adaptor for Erbauer ERB380 and Trend T7 Routers

These are not cheap pressed metal adaptors, the are precision turned 6082 alloy to fit accurately into the machined recess of the router base, and consequently be concentric to the cutter.

 The router and the guide bush are NOT included in the sale.

The guide bush adaptor is designed to locate in the standard guide bush recess in the base of the router (using the original screws as supplied with the router),  and make use of the large range of  Trend style guide bushes, which can be mounted quickly to the adapter using 2 -2BA countersunk screws supplied.

The adapter can be used in conjunction with the extraction tube, and can be left on the machine when not in use, except when using very large cutters.

The wear plate on the base of the machine must be in position to use the guide bush adaptor.

Generally the adaptors will fit the above machines without problem, but there are a a very small number of older machines which may have slightly different requirements, so the adaptor may not fit as intended, this is usually to do with the thickness of the plastic wear plate on the base of the machine, if it is missing, thinner or thicker than the standard item, then please contact me, if the adaptor needs a slight modification, this can be easily done in my workshop in most cases, by return post.

All adaptors are designed and made by myself, and each one is checked for size and fit as it is manufactured using precision instruments and gauges, and are made to the Dewalt/ Trend guide bush standard of 60.00mm diameter, the bore is 60.05mm +/- 0.02mm, some cheaper guide bushes may not fit as accurately as better quality precision bushes.
