Approximately 7.5" high stein showing medieval knights wearing armor on horseback inside four arches around the stein with a pewter lid.  Each stein in this series is reproduced according to still existing records using the original patterns created by Peter Dumler (1860-1907) one of the best known artists of his time.

The bottom is stamped Original Thewalt, Western Germany.
