I found this sitting here among a lot of other items my father had emassed over the years.   This has NEVER been displayed as I don't remember it being out.  This is for an International Silver Plate Spoon featuring one of the original Colonies.   Each Spoon contains the First Seal of the United States at the top and the Seal Of Each State on the bottom.  It does have markings on the reverse.  No Damage, no problems, maybe a little tarnish.  Any red seen in photos is not on the spoon but from the camera.  Hope someone will enjoy this piece.  Measurements can be seen in photo 2.  If you have any questions, just ask.  Thank you.
