A beautiful vintage Dutch clear cut crystal bowl with silver pedestal base. Bowl features panels with alternating cut badges, petal cut rim, and starburst base. Silver base has etched foliate decoration. Measures approx. 4.25"h x 7.5"l x 6.25"w. In fair/poor vintage condition, with general surface wear commensurate with age, such as several light isolated surface scratches and chips to the cut rim and edges of the crystal bowl, and oxidation/tarnish, light surface scratches, and a few tiny nicks to the silver base - see pictures. Silver base is stamped with Dutch 2nd standard purity Lion Passant mark, a letter "P" date mark (indicating this piece was crafted in 1925), an AF4 mark, and a faint mark which appears to be an "A" Minerva mark for the Amsterdam assay office.
