The set is in good used condition. All pieces are in used condition, they have been used, so there is a bit of scuffing and scratching, please review pictures as they are of the item(s) that you will receive. 

Lots of pieces are missing, too many to list, see condition notes below:

- 4 brown floorboard are broken on the sides 

- 1 One Wall Connectors is broken on one side

- The Large white Sunroom Window Insert is broken

- 2 Brown Floor w/ Opening for Stairs both sides are broken 

- The large Mansion Wall Section is broken
