Partially inflate the tube until it takes shape. Locate the valve hole and insert the valve into the rim. Using tyre levers if necessary, push one side of the tyre bead into the rim bed. Work around the tyre from the valve hole inserting the tube into the tyre. Inflate the tyre to the correct pressure once tube is inserted. Do not use sharp objects to insert tube into tyre.
