These gloves are great for novice to expert pole fitness levels.  These gloves can also be used for yoga, pilates or any other sport where protecting your hands is important. 

 

• Help you to grip the dance pole. 
• Choose from Pink, Hot Pink, White or Black
• Blue (discontinued)
• Tacky are better for spinning poles.
• Beginner dancers sometimes prefer tacky.

Choose your size based on our picture chart above XS, Small, Medium or Large.  (Our gloves should be tight fitting.)
Measure your hand with a tape measure around the knuckles of your hand (as shown in picture above.)
Measure your dominant hand - the right if you are right-handed, and the left if you are left-handed.
