99% of deliveries are completed quickly and without issue however please be aware of the following for the rare occasions where something does go wrong. When there is an issue we will always do our best to resolve it quickly and keep you informed. You are always protected by eBays buyer protection policy.

Hermes

Hermes shipping is tracked from dispatch to delivery. Occasionally shipping can take longer than normal, Hermes will investigate a missing item only once 14 working days have passed since the expected delivery date. We will contact Hermes on your behalf if there is an issue but please be aware that responses from Hermes can take a few days to come through. If your item is deemed lost then we will open a claim with them. This can take up to 28 days to be resolved. We will in most circumstances issue a refund for a missing item once the item has been deemed lost but please note that if the item is subsequently delivered you must either return or pay for it.

Royal Mail

We only post using recorded services. Royal mail only track at acceptance at post office and on delivery attempt so there is no way to check progress. Occasionally shipping can take longer than normal, Royal Mail will investigate a missing item only once 21 working days have passed since the expected delivery date. We will contact Royal Mail on your behalf if there is an issue but please be aware that responses from Royal Mail typically take 3 to 4 days to come through. If your item is deemed lost then we will open a claim with them. This can take up to 28 days to be resolved. We will in most circumstances issue a refund for a missing item once the item has been deemed lost but please note that if the item is subsequently delivered you must either return or pay for it.

All postal services will sometimes mishandle parcels. They will only consider an item damaged if it is broken. Damage to packaging e.g. box dents are not considered damage by postal services. We always pack our items securely. Where we have been advised by customers that good condition is required, we will offer options to add extra packaging, however we cannot guarantee the condition of your item once it is handed to the courier. We will of course accept returns at our cost where there has been significant damage to the packaging (e.g. box torn open, badly crushed etc..) but not for minor knocks, creases dents etc.. 

All of our items are in stock, we rarely offer pre-orders and where we do this will be explicitly stated in the listing. All items ship from the UK. We aim to dispatch your item within 2 working days though this isn't always possible. Delivery dates provided by eBay are an estimate only. If you require an item by a specific date please contact us ahead of purchase.
