This is a Very Good Condition Robert A. Fleming "Little Wren" Signed Bird Watercolor Matted Framed by the Artist in 2003.  Glass chipped upper left corner, shown in last pic, not easily visible, even in person.  Frame 11 1/4" (29 cm) square with painting 6" (15 cm) square.   I have two other same sized Fleming Bird themed signed identically framed watercolors for sale in other listings.   Consider making a best offer for two or all three!

Robert A. Fleming obtained his formal art training at Miami University in Ohio. He was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Fleming began his painting career in Kansas City at Hallmark Cards designing gift-wrap, cards and books. He was also a graphic designer for a long time in television in Oakland, CA at KTVU. In his first week at Hallmark, he got to see a watercolor demonstration by John Pike and he says that day got him hooked when John told the audience that their “paintings need to entertain.” In 2008, the artist had his historical golf painting accepted into the Golf Hall of Fame in St. Augustine, Florida. The painting was based on the 1913 United States Open. Fleming has been doing art for more than 50 years now to the delight of his patrons.

He uses the wet-in-wet technique which makes his original watercolors have a spontaneous and fresh feeling, with the majority of his subjects painted and exhibited in the Southwest. Almost 50 percent of his watercolors are created en Plein Air (on location) surrounded by blooming cactus and peaceful desert scenes. He has received many awards including poster artist for the Borrego Springs Art Show and 1st Place-Watercolor, Southwest Arts Festival, Indio, CA. He now spends his time going to art shows in the Southwest. His art is in many galleries and collections around the world. They are not only attractive but are also inspiring.

FREE Domestic Economy Shipping.  Shipping weight about 4 pounds 15 ounces.

I will combine shipping on all my items.  If you have a question about shipping costs for a specific mix of items, please don't hesitate to email me for a shipping cost quote.  If you choose to then buy the items, please wait until I send you an invoice before paying for the items for your combined shipping quote or you might send excess shipping payments that ebay will charge a non-refundable fee for.

Returns accepted.  Uninsured shipments are at your risk.  I always have confirmation that I have shipped.

International shipping ok. The ebay and USPS delivery estimates are wildly optimistic. My experience is that international shipping will take 10 - 21+ days until delivery. Only Express Mail has a chance to meet the delivery estimate.   INTERNATIONAL SHIPPERS NOTE: I cannot determine or pay any duties or know about quarantine your country may impose on any of my items.  Please check with your local post office BEFORE buying or bidding so you don't get any unwelcome surprises.  International First Class is the least expensive, but also is the least dependable.  Please select your shipping option when buying.

If you look at my ratings, you will note that only 2% of the sellers on ebay have my dual distinction.  I have earned these ratings by being an honest, accurate and fast shipping seller.  If you have ANY question or concern, please contact me through ebay messages and NOT through the paypal email address, as I only check that address monthly.  I will answer most ebay messages in less than 1 day, and all in 2 days.

Local pickup ok on all my items..

Alternate methods of payment ok if no paypal account as shown below.

Please peruse my ebay store 'The Anachron' by clicking on the red icon at the top of this listing.

INSURANCE NOTE:  I try to insure every shipment of $20.00 or more by ebay's insurance.  Unfortunately, 2012 postal regulations forbid insurance on certain types of postal shipping services  to various countries.  Also, unfortunately, I now usually only find out whether an item can be insured when I go to make out the shipping label.  If insurance is incredibly important to you, email me before bidding and I will try to see if the least expensive shipping service can be insured.  An example of the international differences is that at this time, Canada apparently forbids insurance on all postal service levels except Express Mail Parcels.  In contrast, I have been able to insure First Class Parcels to both Argentina and Switzerland.  I do not personally insure anything.  UNINSURED SHIPMENTS ARE SENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
