If you return an unwanted product within 10 days in the condition it was received, a full refund of any sum paid (Exclusive of specified postage charges) will be made, less a restocking charge based on 10% of the items purchase anount.

If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, we will either replace the goods or return your money.
