Instructions for use:
1, start-up and before starting inspection
1) Before the boot first check the power cord is connected.
2) Turn on the main power switch. Self-test to be completed before use (digital display temperature for the current room temperature).
3) small black front panel switch, used to control the infrared preheating chassis work; pressing the blue button on the front panel of the (rise arrows)
Key), the red button (DOWN key), may be in the 0-450 tempareture , adjust the infrared preheating chassis operating temperature. Press
Switch to "ON", the infrared preheating chassis to work, pressing the switch to "OFF", the infrared preheating chassis to stop working.
2, preheat PCB board operation:
(1) PCB board placement and adjustments:
1) According to PCB board size, adjust the position of the carriage, the PCB will be placed in the bracket, and tighten the nut tight.
2) according to the size and welding requirements of the PCB, press the blue front panel buttons "rise arrows" (up key), the red button "down arrows (DOWN key), in the range of 0-450 tempareture, adjust the infrared preheating chassis temperature output.
(2) preheating the opening and closing:
1) pressing the switch "ON" to open the preheating chassis 3-5 minutes later, the temperature of the display can be stabilized around the set point with the next step
