POSTAGE... We offer FAST postage on melts ordered in Australia!

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or six days after dispatch (for orders sent to non-remote areas). For remote areas, West Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory & Tasmania, on occasion there have been Postal delays to these areas. Please contact us if this is the case with your order.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY...   Regardless of eBay's "Delivery Guarantee", eBay is not able to control the fate of an item during it's shipping journey. We however, can control it's pace and quality in starting this journey. The ultimate goal is that you receive your item and receive it intact. Our products are not of an "urgent" nature and to offer all shipments as a same or 1 day handling time goes against our quality control. BUT in saying this, we can provide a 1 off, quicker handing time if requested for free, we do understand urgency is necessary at times, this can be expedited within 24hrs(weekdays). If you require a further reduction in transit time, please select our Express Post option.

To prevent fire or injury, remove from packaging before use.

Use only in Tea-Light Warmers or Electric Warmers approved for wax melts. DO NOT add water.

DO NOT use on stove tops or in non-approved appliances.

DO NOT leave warmers unattended while in use.

Use only in a well ventilated area away from flammable materials.

Discontinue when wax is more than 50% evaporated or fragrance has dissipated.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

RETURNS... Please note that the melts you have or will order is handmade and conservatively priced with fast postage which has been basically described in the description. With in excess of a 10,000 melts sold this year without one return & 100% excellent feedback, we are sure you will be happy with yours. If you are not happy with your item, then you are entitled to a full refund (including the original postage cost) if it is returned within 30 days.

If you have simply changed your mind, then you have to cover return shipping costs (we suggest using a trackable method).

However; if the item is damaged, faulty or in any way not as described, then you will not be responsible for the return postage.
