Classic Peter Robert Keil Portrait.  This atypical elongated size (33 x 18 in outside measurement framed by artist) was purchased directly from Keil  2002-3. As exampled, some of his brightest, best preserved works are oil on masonite hard board.

The incorporated colors are  in the traditional German Neoclassical  palette Keil's best works are know.

This painting is in very good condition given its age and a great addition to any collection of this very desirable artist's body of work.
