5. Items will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please ensure that all address and Telephone information in your paypal is correct, so that we can carry out our duty to your place effectively. If you need something more urgently, then please E-mail. 48 hours Royal Mail post can take up to 2-3 working days to deliver, if you would like to upgrade your postage we have an option to pay 24 hours class recorded post.

6. We do not ship on weekends and Bank Holidays, our Royal Mail Collection is 3pm Monday – Fridays Only . 

7. What do I do if I dont receive my package?

If you have taken advantage of FREE UK Delivery please allow 7-10 working days before contacting us. We also advise contacting your local postal depot to see if the post man has been but not left a card.And each order (48 hours) would be offered with tracking number, you can visit Royal Mail website service for delivery checking. 

 We would dispatch your order within 1-2 working days and upload the tracking number,If you experienced delivery delays by Royal Mail post, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries not arriving on time. Please contact your local delivery office. After 2 week (for free delivery) and 3 days (1st recorded) Please contact us and we will look into the delivery details and take the appropriate action to refund or replace the goods.

In the event of a return you must contact us through ebay for full instructions and an authorised return reference prior to returning your item. We will provide full details and address for the returns.

If an item received is unsuitable the buyer is welcome to return, however the buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges at their expense. All returned goods MUST be unused and in the original packaging with all tags still attached, and free from any wear or tear.If an item is faulty from us, we will refund 100% money . Please also obtain a proof of delivery. You must send us a clear digital picture by e-mail .For items weighing more than 2kg please contact us prior to sending back.

For items that have Free Post & Packaging charges, a deduction of 30% will be deducted for post and packaging charged from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded to the original method of payment. EXAMPLE Item Cost £20.00 + free P&P, if item returned, £14.00 will only be refunded. £6.00 will be deducted for postage and packaging.
