Photograph Notes: 'Flying Scotsman' approaches Bewdley with the 4.30pm from Kidderminster. It had been a guest loco at the Railway's Autumn Gala two weeks previously & was still in use. Waiting to depart for Kidderminster is Type 42 diesel hydraulic D821 'Greyhound'. Bought by the Diesel Traction Group from BR in 1973 it was the first main line diesel to be sold for preservation & is based on the SVR.
