Pre-owned, tested, and working. Does not come with a needle, bobbin case, or bobbin. Will need to replace those in order to be ready to sew, machine otherwise is in working order. 

Comes with original hard cover carrying case and a new foot pedal. Has some scratches, scuffs, and discoloration on both case and machine.

Biggest scratches are front bottom left and top middle near the handle.
