Returns

-Returns are accepted, as long as they meet the following conditions:

-Returned within 30 days

-Returned in undamaged and un-tampered with condition.

- All electronic items are marked with a small pink, round anti-tamper sticker.  Any item returned MUST have the sticker intact to be eligible for a refund.

-Our marked item must be well packaged, with original packaging materials, including the antistatic bag for electronic items.

-A packing slip or note with your eBay user ID, and a detailed reason for the return is listed.  Please be honest with the issue.  If it just did not resolve your problem, it is not always a bad part.

-The Buyer pays return shipping on returns.  If an item does not meet one of the conditions stated above when it is received, no refund will be issued.

- We are part of the “eBay Hassle Free Returns Program”. To generate a return, go to the order details page in your eBay account for the item you want to return. Once at the order details page, click “RETURN ITEM”; the system will prompt you with a few questions and then give you a label and a packing slip. Please ensure you include the packing slip generated during this process in the box with your return.
